KC Star

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! This past Saturday I got packages from my parents and lots of letters from friends! I truly appreciate it. it feel so wonderful to know that people are thinking about you and taking time out of their busy days to write you a letter, send a gift, or just even a few words of encouragement. God always gives us support when we need it and the force that is behind me back home is so strong and big. God has given me all of you to truly remind me of one of my favorite quotes. ‘The task before you is never as big as the power behind you.’ Thank you for this…its so encouraging.

Theresa Maly sent me something that I wanted to notify you all about so that you can educate yourself more and make a difference at home in KC or wherever you are, by spreading the word. She sent me an article in the world news section of the Kansas City Star. i was going to find you the link so that you could just click on it, but not working out so well. It’s called Haiti’s Poor Eating Dirt, its true and absolutely ridiculous. In the ravines, they are everywhere. I have seen them on my trips with Nancy and Mary, two nurses that help out the ravine by Sherry Fausey’s ministry. If you can you should check it out. And please inform your friends and family so that they might act in some way or be prayer warriors for the Haiti.

Thanks again. God Bless. Tasha Rae
